Signature 15 Confidence Guarantee

If, after completing all 15 sessions within the recommended timeframe, there is no measurable visible improvement when comparing standardised baseline and final digital scalp images, we will:

1. Provide up to 3 additional sessions at no cost (clinic discretion), or

2. If no visible improvement is observed after this extension, refund 100% of the program fee.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, clients must:

• Attend all scheduled sessions within the recommended timeframe

• Follow recommended home routine consistently

• Avoid introducing unapproved hair treatments or products during the program

• Allow standardised digital imaging at baseline and completion

• Inform the clinic of any health, medication, or lifestyle changes

 

• Refund applies to program fees only and excludes product purchases.

• Final eligibility determination is made by the clinic based on image comparison and compliance review.
